despite showing 24 hr checkin they charged me extra for a 2 hr early checkin instead of adjusting the checkout time. There was no handle for the shower. Otherwise good location. Close to all surrounding areas.

AMBIENCE IS GOOD, CLEAN ROOMS, SPACIOUS TOO. BUT THE ODOUR IS NOT GOOD, NO COMPLIMENTARY DENTAL KIT PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST IS PROVIDED ONLY WHEN ASKED. EVEN WATER BOTTLE TOO ARE COMPLIMENTARY WHEN ASKED.

Well I really had high expectations with Collection O as it’s a premium brand for OYO Hotel but again had a disappointing experience. As I was thrown out of the other OYO prior to this, I immediately managed to find another hotel nearby and book this one. The hotel is good, check in was smooth. As soon as I was beginning to confront myself that yes this is a great hotel to stay at, I was beginning to welcome with a lot of more disappointments by the staff. I was checking in around 2 pm when I asked the hotel reception guy if I could get something to eat immediately. He said NO cuz their restaurant is closed. Surprisingly, I asked if I could at least get a fresh lime water to which I again got a denial. I was like wow, this big hotel can’t serve me with even a glass of lime water, okay cool. I thought I’d rather order something from outside. I walked upstairs to my room. Room was okay, after checking in to the room I was trying to sleep on which I realise that it’s been two hours that my room is not chilled yet even though the first thing I did after coming to room was to put on the AC to 16 degrees. I called the reception and told the same. Somebody came and checked and told me that I’ll have to move the room cuz the AC is not working. Really? Someone who’s tired throughout the day after waking up at 4 in the morning, trying to take a nap and you now want to make him move rooms? Well fine I had no option. I moved into the other room, good spacious room. The AC here was already set to 26 degrees which I wanted to take down but again to my surprise the remote I had here was not of this AC and didn’t work at all. Well okay, I managed to sleep. After waking up late evening, all I wanted to have a nice strong cup of coffee and hot shower. I called the reception asking for coffee they said they don’t have coffee neither tea?? I was like WHATTTTT??? Are you kidding me? Why have you even opened this hotel when you can’t serve your guest a cup of coffee? I was totally irritated and walked to have shower. Again, there was no damn hot water. I left the shower on for almost 20 minutes hoping that one day I’ll get some hot water to have shower but that didn’t happen. After calling the reception again they told me there some problem with the hot water so they will send me couple of buckets of hot water. I agreed. After an hour, when nobody damn appeared, I again called the reception yelling that there’s no one with even a single bucket of hot water in my room, how the heck I’m supposed to have shower? I was literally waiting in my towels to get some hot water so that I can have a shower. I again called them asking what was going on, he said that the problem has been fixed and I’ll get hot water in my shower now. I started the shower and again waited for 30 minutes and guess what? There was NO DAMN HOT WATER AGAIN. It was two hours that I was waiting. Now the guy finally told me that there’s an issue and I can’t be fixed. And I had to sleep without taking shower. Meanwhile I asked for a bottle of water to which it took them 40 minutes to deliver it to my room. Now it wasn’t making any sense for me to order coffee from outside, wasn’t it? I order food, had it and slept. In the morning, a guy calls me to tell me that my check out time is 11am. Wow, you don’t want to deliver services like that and above it you’ve got to tell me my check out time. Seriously OYO you need to start working on the issues you’re customers are having rather than introducing new hotels around. I think loyalty doesn’t make any sense to you people right? Your service are degrading day by day since I have been using it from the beginning.

Never go to this Hotel. It is a scam. I paid 3k per night for business suit and had my worst experience.I had three issues: 1.I made the booking on Hotel’s website about 15 days in advance and called the hotel 2 hours before starting and he could not find my reservation. It took 1 hour for him to find it. 2. I paid 3k per night for business suit and on the front desk looking at the room changed my decision to 2 nights and he refused to make the changes. He made me wait for 1 hour. After 1 hour of drama he agreeed but still charged taxes for the cancelled night. It took me to call to manager to cancel those taxes as well. 3.Then I asked him to give me complete receipt of the payment made on the web and at the front desk but he refused to give that. 4.Room is worst bathroom is very dangerous and all bathroom tiles are broken. Bedsheets were torn out. Never go here, even if someone pays you to stay here. Vishwa

Hotel was good and atmosphere was impressive. Staff people are good to their customers and allowed us warmly. Rooms are quiet good and neatly arranged bedsheets and towels. Food is good and tasty all the time.
